Spring is right around the corner & the number 12 has never made me any happier than now!
My spring goals are simple, I want to look and feel lighter.; wearing bright colors and taking daily walks instead of public transportation. Above all, each week I’m challenging myself to a change of diet; this week consists of only water beverages. Next week, only fruit meals with water. They say that dieting is important, it’s a way to train our bodies to stay fit and disciplining our minds accordingly. What have you done to change your lifestyle?
